Marketing Campaign Manager

The Marketing Campaign Manager is primarily responsible for driving BCC’s demand and lead generation efforts, building offers, creating, executing, and analyzing campaigns to increase leads and generate demand for BCC Software’s postal solutions.

Working directly with the marketing team, sales and product management, this individual will play an important role in moving customers up market, growing the sales pipeline, driving new business, and measuring the results of our efforts. Essential Functions

  • Develop and lead demand generation campaigns that funnel leads and fuel revenue growth, using methods like email marketing, webinars, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, SEO, and more.
  • Lead, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand and lead generation campaigns that generate leads, move prospects through the funnel and buyer journey and deepen our relationship with current customers.
  • Work collaboratively to support sales, product management, and marketing with a regular cadence of campaigns aligned with business initiatives and goals.
  • Develop campaigns, offers, and segmentation strategies; implement and manage campaigns and appropriate resources to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Develop, contribute to and coordinate campaign content, including website content development that supports lead generation efforts. This includes (but is not limited to) e-mail campaign management, lead generation, search engine marketing and promotions. Ensure all copy and art direction works cohesively and meets company standards and requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, testing, timelines, and calendars for demand generation efforts.
  • Achieve, analyze, and report on marketing lead generation and online activities and defined KPIs. Use data to recommend activities and optimize demand generation and online marketing.
  • Utilize marketing technology, including marketing automation and CRM tools (ClickDimensions and Microsoft Dynamics), API utilization, and analytics for integrated lead generation campaigns.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Ad campaigns, and marketing automation software to support SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategies.
  • Provide digital marketing such as online ads and search engine marketing to support marketing (demand generation, events, etc.) and maximize business and marketing objectives.
  • Generate regular reports to track campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to increase efficiency and engagement.
  • Collaborate on key marketing activities, as needed (events, trade shows, user conferences, webinars, communications, etc.).

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in communications, marketing, or similar field.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for email marketing, data analytics, building and documenting processes, and testing variables across marketing automation.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B (business-to-business) building marketing campaigns through a variety of channels (digital, email, in-person, print, etc.).
  • Ability to drive leads and build the funnel for sales and product initiatives, primarily using direct response marketing in email marketing drip campaigns.
  • Experience in the full lead lifecycle from analyzing trends, to target market and segmentation identification, to offer and content development, to testing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign KPIs and efforts.
  • Strong skills in marketing automation platforms (ClickDimensions), CRM systems (Dynamics), API utilization, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns and paid media campaigns is highly desired.
  • Analytical strength using data analysis to measure ROI, increase efficiency and performance, and inform next steps is strongly preferred.
  • Some financial planning experience for creating offers, budgeting, and optimizing spend.
  • Time management, problem solving, planning, project management and organization skills to work on multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Direct experience developing content calendars and messaging cadence.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite and Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) software
  • Effective communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both independently as a self-starter and thrive working collaboratively with a small, fast-paced marketing team that strives for excellence while demonstrating teamwork in everything we do.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Location

This is a hybrid position, based in Rochester, NY. It requires some in-office time at our Rochester location with flexibility to work remotely.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, the position requires overnight on-call duty and the ability to work during nonstandard hours when the need arises.
